Get on the good side of regulators before they become suspicious and keep a closer eye on you. When you develop a good relationship with them and are seen to be very stringent in your compliance activities, all will be good. If you choose some well-known and well-respected consultants, even better, as they will be recognised by the regulators and will be a great source of advice whenever necessary.
Developing Your Team
You may find it advantageous to employ an environmental director to head up your oversight team, but you should also bring in air quality consultants to round off your approach. This will help you avoid any negative, compliance notices.
